Refund & Cancellation Policy

Payments
– All projects require full payment before work begins.
– Work will commence only after payment confirmation.
Penovil Voice (Penovil) may allow a 50% advance and 50% upon first draft delivery, at its discretion.

Refund Policy

Since each project involves original creative effort, Penovil follows a strict “No Refund Policy.”
Refunds will not be provided for:
– Completed or ongoing work.
– Changes in client’s preferences after project commencement.
– Delays caused by client-side communication gaps.
However, if Penovil is unable to deliver any work due to internal reasons (e.g., technical failure, resource unavailability), a partial refund may be issued after mutual discussion.

Revisions and Rejections
– Revisions are free within the agreed scope and timeline.
– Rejections must be communicated within 24 working hours of delivery with clear reasoning.
– After review, Penovil may revise, replace, or reject the claim at its sole discretion.

Cancellations
– Clients may cancel projects before work begins.
– If the project has already started, the client will be charged for the portion completed.
– Penovil reserves the right to cancel projects at its discretion if found unsuitable or in breach of our terms.
