Lot’s of people are aware of the name “Santy Pens” and thought it was a stationery shop. They have actually asked me that! That’s why I renamed it now as “Penovil Voice.” The name comes from the two Classic tools that were used to write stories: Pen” and “Quill.”

And that’s exactly what I do: write business narratives. I help businesses tell their stories.
Of why they are doing what they are doing, who they serve, and what would happen if they do what they are doing.

My journey into real writing started in an unexpected workspace domain: “Customer Support.”

For years, I listened, understood problems, and found the right words to bridge the gap between people and solutions for the company that provides the solution. I also used “storytelling” to highlight those problems to the company.

Today, I use that same skill to craft clear, compelling words that connect brands with their customers.
