Placing Orders

Orders are accepted based on:

Delivery & Deadlines
– We set delivery timelines based on project volume and scope.
– Projects are delivered on a mutually agreed date.
We make every effort to meet all deadlines, but unforeseen events may occasionally cause delays. If that happens, clients will be informed in advance.

Revisions
Each project includes limited revisions based on the original brief.
Requests for revision must be made within 48 working hours of delivery.
Revisions requested after this period or those outside the original scope will be treated as new work.

Ownership of Content
– All rights to the content transfer to the client only after full payment is received.
– Until then, Penovil retains full ownership of all content delivered.
– After payment, the client is free to use, edit, or publish the content as desired.

Prohibited Actions
Clients are not permitted to:
– Contact Penovil writers directly without authorization.
– Share or republish our samples or drafts without written consent.
– Submit any content developed by Penovil for illegal or unethical purposes.
Violation of these terms may result in termination of services and possible legal action.

Modification of Terms
– Penovil reserves the right to update or change these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice.
– All updates will be posted on this page and will be effective immediately upon posting.
– It is the client’s responsibility to review the terms periodically.

Indemnification
